A rate that has changed, a result that does not match your notice of assessment, a calculator we have not built yet. Corrections come first — they get looked at before anything new gets built, because a wrong number here is worse than a missing page.
If you are reporting a wrong figure
Two things make it fixable in one pass rather than three: the page you were on, and the numbers you entered. If you have the official figure it should have matched — from a notice of assessment, a payslip or an ATO page — include that too and we will pin a test to it so it cannot come back.
What we cannot do
We cannot give you advice about your own situation, and we cannot see your ATO account. If your question is what you should do, that is a registered tax agent or a licensed adviser. If it is what is actually on your record, only the ATO can tell you.
